Harisch Hotels in Kitzbühel welcomes you to Hotel Goldener Greif as a versatile team member, supporting front office and breakfast service for 40 or 30 hours per week in a 4-star setting.

You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, assist with breakfast, maintain order across the lobby, and help guests with transfers and concierge tasks. German or English language skills are advantageous, and enthusiasm for guest care is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality and front office is desirable.
• Open to motivated career changers.
• Ability to handle challenges with guests in mind.
• Good German or English language skills are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Assisting with breakfast service and setting up/clearing breakfast buffet
• Ensuring smooth organisational processes within the departments
• Looking after and advising our discerning guests
• Keeping the restaurant and reception areas clean and well maintained
• Carrying out mise en place duties
• Performing concierge duties, such as organising transfers
• Handling tasks such as cash register management, control activities, correspondence and making phone calls
