Job summary

Original Kinderhotels Europa operates a Tyrolean family-friendly hotel in Galtür, inviting applications for a reception role. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, answer calls, and support daily hotel operations with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities include upselling rooms, handling guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and using hotel software to manage reservations. Seasonal, with steady hours and tips included.

Qualifications

• Welcoming our national and international guests
• Carrying out the check-in and check-out of our guests
• Answering and processing incoming calls
• First point of contact for guests with questions about the hotel, restaurants, excursion tips, etc.
• Upsell of rooms and suites
• Processing guest concerns and complaints
• Carrying out administrative tasks, such as maintaining the guest files, designing the morning post and menus, etc.
• Interface to other departments in the hotel, in particular to the housekeeping, technical and room service departments
• Hotel Program Elite & Reservation Manager Websline

Responsibilities

• Greet national and international guests
