Bitpanda is seeking a Phone Support Agent for onsite operations in Vienna to deliver high-quality phone-based customer service. You will handle calls, assist customers across channels, and support the new Operations division focused on premium support and fast issue resolution.

Ideal candidates are fluent in German (C2) and comfortable with English (B2+), with prior phone support experience and a proactive mindset to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in phone-based customer support is a plus
• Clear, professional communication across channels

Aufgaben

• Provide world-class service to users primarily through phone support, and occasionally via tickets or live chat
• Align daily with your manager and collaborate to meet team targets
• Analyze user feedback to identify key product or feature requests
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve support processes
• Partner with other departments to boost customer satisfaction and NPS
