Job summary

NORDIN GROUP is expanding into Austria with a field-based/home-based sales role to build the market from early stages. The position focuses on direct B2C sales to private homeowners, handling incoming leads generated by NORDIN and managing the full sales cycle from contact to close.

You will visit sites across Austria, take measurements, prepare quotations and coordinate with installation partners. A hands-on, independent candidate with strong follow-up and CRM skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in sales, preferably technical or consultative sales.
• Fluent German and good English.
• Willingness to travel within Austria and visit customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify incoming customer leads.
• Consult customers online and in person.
• Visit customer sites across Austria.
• Take measurements and understand project requirements.
• Prepare quotations and recommend pergola solutions.
• Follow up actively and close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Help identify and coordinate local installation and delivery partners.
• Share market feedback and contribute to developing NORDIN in Austria.
