Job summary

Travel 3–4 days a week, report progress to management, and support sales strategies with product guidance. Fluent English and German required, driving license, and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Secure new renewable installers and build strong relationships; motivate sales teams and drive engagement.
• Organize and execute local installer training and promotional events to enhance brand loyalty and cooperation.
• Expand the installer network within the electrical distribution channel; engage and activate new electricians and installers.
• Conduct in-person follow-up visits to potential installers contacted by telesales to drive cooperation.
• Communicate sales strategies, provide product support and on-site guidance to facilitate sales conversion.
• Spend 3–4 days per week on field visits and report customer feedback to management.
