XPENG in Austria seeks an Event & Sponsoring Specialist to plan, organize and execute national trade fair appearances and partner events. You will develop and implement marketing activities to raise brand visibility and manage sponsorships with external agencies and partners.

With a degree in business/marketing and at least four years of event marketing experience, you will drive event traffic, coordinate dealer events, and ensure budgets and timelines are maintained while collaborating

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in business admin/marketing/communications or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of event marketing experience, automotive industry preferred.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events successfully.
• Creativity, flexibility and solution-oriented thinking.
• Strong initiative, independent working style and self-management.
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualization, planning, organization and execution of target-group events and national trade fairs.
• Develop and implement marketing activities to raise national brand visibility.
• Manage and implement sponsorship and collaboration projects.
• Develop joint activations with collaboration partners.
• Maintain partnerships and identify new opportunities.
• Drive event traffic and generate targeted leads.
