Prewave seeks a Field & Event Marketing Manager to own event planning and execution from day one. You will drive regional field marketing, ABM campaigns and webinars, collaborating with Sales to align on target accounts and pipeline generation.

You will create assets, manage campaigns and ensure brand-consistent messaging across invites, pages and communications. A fast-paced startup environment, German and English fluency, and Austrian work eligibility are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years in event or field marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience planning and delivering trade shows, conferences, webinars and other B2B marketing events.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Hold a valid Austrian work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operational planning and execution of events (conferences, trade shows, customer events).
• Partner on Prewave's event and field marketing program across formats to ensure consistency.
• Drive regional field marketing initiatives and ABM in collaboration with Sales.
• Manage end-to-end webinar programs (registrations, coordination, moderation).
• Build invitations, registration pages and campaign messaging reflecting Prewave's brand.
• Maintain and report campaign/event data in HubSpot and Salesforce.
