ALEF Group is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive day-to-day marketing activities in Austria while aligning with the group strategy. The role focuses on operational delivery, process discipline, and administration, with roughly 50% time allocated to the Austria market and the rest supporting other markets.

You will execute local marketing activities, organize events, support sales with the full marketing mix, manage the budget, and report on performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in marketing, ideally in IT, distribution, or B2B.
• Strong affinity for processes and administration.
• Enthusiasts of LLM and automation platforms.
• Hands-on with digital marketing tools, content creation and social media.
• Event management experience is a must.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in an international team.
• German (Native) and English (B2+).

Aufgaben

• Execute local marketing activities in Austria aligned with objectives.
• Organize and manage events to strengthen partner relationships.
• Support sales with digital marketing, social media, content, and campaigns.
• Manage marketing budget and vendor administration including proofs of performance.
• Track, analyze and report on marketing performance and budget utilization.
• Plan time effectively and coordinate meetings locally and across ALEF Group.
• Collaborate with other markets within the ALEF Group as needed.
