POC in Salzburg, Austria is seeking an experienced Event Manager to shape and lead the global events program, spanning grassroots activations to major cycling, mountain bike and snow sports events, with a focus on both B2B and B2C audiences.

The role coordinates across NA, EMEA and APAC, aligning with Brand & Content, and develops reusable event frameworks. Based in Salzburg, you will lead regional event managers and manage budgets, KPIs and cross-regional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Sports Management or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience in event management, brand marketing or sports marketing.
• Proven experience managing event budgets and cross-regional programs.
• Ability to travel internationally to key events (min. 30%).

Aufgaben

• Events Strategy & Program Management: oversee the events program and budget; define focuses; build reusable frameworks; lead regional managers.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align assets with Brand & Content; define KPIs; central point of contact; source event materials.
• Regional execution & on-site leadership: execute global and central EU events; manage Salzburg setup; plan for APAC.
