Qualifikationen

• Solid knowledge of NEV components and incoming inspection standards.
• Proficient in basic metrology tools and QC processes.
• Meticulous quality mindset with data analysis and risk identification.
• Willing to undertake long-term overseas assignments and shift-based duties.
• Proficient English as a working language.
• Prior experience in incoming quality control or complete vehicle disassembly/rework preferred.

Aufgaben

• Implement incoming inspection standards at contract manufacturers; conduct incoming inspections and non-conformance disposition for complete vehicles and XP proprietary parts.
• Manage incoming quality issues by coordinating with domestic bases, KD plants, and suppliers to drive corrective actions (rework, returns/replacements), ensuring closed-loop resolution with full documentation.
