Hexcel is seeking a Sales Director EMEA - Industrial & New Defense M/F to lead regional sales efforts and drive growth across Industrial and New Defense markets. The role oversees a Europe-wide team, shaping strategy, managing key accounts, and coordinating with Product Management and Technical Support.

Based in Europe (France, Italy, or Austria) with remote options, the candidate will collaborate across functions to sustain competitive offerings and deliver annual sales targets in the EMEA

Qualifications

• Executive engagement and negotiation skills.
• 15+ years in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development.
• Knowledge of Composites Materials beneficial.
• Experience in team management and strategy development.
• Ability to lead, execute and articulate a strategy.
• Autonomous work style with strong delivery.
• Ability to work globally in a cross-functional environment.
• Clear, concise communication with Leadership teams.

Responsabilités

• Build strong engagement with key customers at executive level to enable sales.
• Instill a hunting mentality in the sales team and coach on engagement & negotiation.
• Negotiate and close long-term supply contracts with key accounts in Automotive and related markets.
• Lead and energize the EMEA sales team, set objectives and manage performance.
• Coordinate cross-regional projects spanning OEMs, Tier-1s, and multiple functions.
• Support strategic plan development with insights on customer and market trends.
• Deliver Industrial sales in EMEA and drive short-term growth in New Defense.
• Develop annual sales plans and align with R&T, Marketing and Operations.
