Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the EMEA OEM Filtration sales organization.

This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strategic customer relationships, and coaching a high-performing international team across Germany, France, and Italy. You will collaborate with supply, operations, and export teams to ensure customer success, while leveraging Salesforce and market intelligence to forecast and execute plans.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
Significant B2B sales experience in life sciences, filtration, or related industries.
Proven OEM sales leadership and coaching experience.
Strong track record of revenue growth and achieving targets.
Experience using CRM data to support decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the EMEA OEM Filtration sales organization to achieve ambitious revenue growth and profitability.
Coach a multinational team and establish clear performance expectations.
Collaborate with strategic OEM customers and internal stakeholders to deliver effective customer solutions.
