Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 12+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including product launches.
• Minimum 5 years in sales training leadership within pharma.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
• Strong experience with digital learning, CRM use, and analytics.
• Visible track record managing budgets, programs, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect European capability strategy and oversee training content and delivery.
• Design and facilitate high-impact workshops and launch readiness training.
• Co-travel with field teams, coach KAMs, and refine curricula based on field feedback.
• Develop just-in-time toolkits, guides, and digital micro-learning assets.
• Measure ROI, track completion, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance.
