COAT-X, part of the Plasmalex Group, is seeking a hands-on SALES MANAGER to drive equipment and coating services sales in advanced coatings markets, with ALD focus. You will own business development, build strategic accounts, and expand COAT-X's presence across Europe, translating customer needs into commercially viable coating solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with ALD/CVD coating technologies is required.
• 5+ years of B2B business development or technical sales in industrial equipment or coatings.
• Excellent English communication; other languages plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify, and develop new accounts in target verticals (aerospace, medical, semiconductor).
• Define equipment strategy with sales/technical teams to enable growth.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from contact to close.
• Translate customer requirements into commercially viable coating solutions.
• Present technical proposals and business cases to prospects and clients.
• Represent COAT-X at industry events and customer sites across Europe.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in thin-film deposition.
