Eaton’s Power Management & Control Components (PMCC) division in Europe, the Middle East and Africa seeks a Segment Growth Manager - Buildings based in Austria to translate global priorities into regional action. You will shape segment roadmaps and drive end-to-end growth with cross‑functional teams across sales, product management and engineering.

Lead go‑to‑market strategies, value propositions and pricing, aligning with demand and market opportunities to win in the market.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years in business development, marketing, product management, sales or strategy within industrial/electrical sectors.
• Experience designing operating models, governance structures and growth capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive cross‑functional initiatives.

• Define and drive PMCC segment growth strategies across the EMEA region.
• Translate global priorities into segment playbooks, plans and commercial priorities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, value propositions and pricing logic.
• Coordinate with leadership, regional teams, product management and sales to ensure execution.
• Build and maintain segment roadmaps and collateral for adoption by sales channels.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and secure resources for priority programs.
