Job summary

AT1 Kardex Austria GmbH is seeking a visionary Business Development Manager for the EMEA region, focusing on growing intralogistics automation sales and identifying new opportunities. You will lead regional business development, build strong customer relationships at all levels, and ensure accurate sales forecasting and CRM usage to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in business development or sales within intralogistics automation or related industries.
Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
Experience in a multicultural, matrixed business environment.
Strong understanding of logistics, sales processes, and CRM as well as WMS systems.
Experience with project and team cooperations across regions and within a Matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and manage the EMEA Business Development in designated countries.
Support business development strategies to identify and capture new opportunities and reach ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the country.
Responsible for sales funnel development and conversion rates including EBIT contribution and revenue generation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
Collaborate with marketing and solution design to deliver compelling value propositions.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
