Zusammenfassung

Eaton is seeking an Order Manager Lead in Schrems, Austria to lead a team responsible for end-to-end order execution from intake to delivery and project closure. You will establish standardized processes, coach a high-performing team, and drive governance across the program to ensure on-schedule delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in project/order management with leadership experience, and familiarity with low voltage electrical systems or engineered-to-order

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in project management, order management, operations, or customer project execution, production systems implementation.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing project managers, order managers, or similar roles.
• Experience in LV products/switchgears electrical equipment or similar industrial manufacturing, or engineered‑to‑order environments.
• Experience managing complex customer projects and cross‑functional teams, experience with project portfolio management.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Order Managers.
• Oversee execution of the complete low voltage systems assembly project portfolio.
• Coordinate between Front‑End/Sales, Post‑Order Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, FAT and Testing, Logistics.
• Drive adherence to project milestones and customer commitments.
• Support customer relations and governance throughout project execution.
