Hilti Corporation in Vorarlberg seeks a Global Segment Manager to own and grow the Power Segment globally, spanning Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Utilities and Equipment manufacturers.

You will define the segment strategy, engage key accounts, collaborate with markets and global teams, and lead regional developers while traveling internationally as needed to drive growth in a high-autonomy, matrix-organization environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) with business perspective.
• MBA and/or project management education is an advantage.
• Proven experience in the Power Industry (generation, transmission, distribution, utilities).
• Strong business acumen and customer orientation.
• Willingness to travel internationally and long-term mobility.
