Modul University Vienna invites an enthusiastic IT support professional to join our technology team. You will provide first- and second-line helpdesk support across Windows, Microsoft 365, and classroom EdTech, handling tickets, configuring accounts, and assisting with deployments.

The role requires 2+ years' experience in an IT support environment, familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, and ServiceNow, and strong communication in English.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a dedicated IT support or helpdesk role.
• Strong Windows 10/11 administration and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Basic networking with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with classroom AV and EdTech devices.
• Proficient in IT ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk or ServiceNow).
• PowerShell scripting for Windows administration and automation.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage, prioritise and resolve IT support requests via ticketing system.
• Provide first- and second-line Windows Server/Deskop support and AD/Entra ID tasks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot classroom displays, projectors and AV equipment.
• Monitor and assist with local network infrastructure and backups.
• Create clear technical guides and assist with onboarding of new hardware/software.
