Job summary

Modul University Vienna GmbH sucht eine/n IT-Support-Mitarbeiter/in für Helpdesk, Windows- und EdTech-Support an der Wiener Campus-Umgebung. Sie bearbeiten Anfragen, betreuen Active Directory/Entra ID und unterstützen Lehr- und Lernprozesse durch zuverlässige IT-Lösungen.

Sie verfügen über solide Windows 10/11- und M365-Kenntnisse, arbeiten mit gängigen Ticketsystemen und kommunizieren klar auf Englisch und Deutsch. Eine Entwicklungsperspektive und Zertifizierungen werden geboten.

Qualifications

• Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support/Helpdesk, idealerweise in Bildungseinrichtungen.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11 und Microsoft 365.
• Grundkenntnisse zu Netzwerken (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WLAN).
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen IT-Ticketsystemen (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow).
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.

Deine Rolle im Team

• Helpdesk & Ticketing: Manage, prioritise and resolve incoming support requests efficiently using our IT ticketing system, ensuring timely communication with end users.
• Windows Server & Desktop Support: Provide robust first- and second-line support for Windows operating systems, hardware, software installation, troubleshooting and user account management (Active Directory / Entra ID).
• Classroom & EdTech Support: Maintain and troubleshoot interactive displays, projectors, audiovisual equipment and student and staff devices to help ensure disruption-free learning environments.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in monitoring and maintaining local network infrastructure, Wi-Fi access points, printers and server backups under the guidance of senior IT staff.
• Documentation & Onboarding: Create clear technical guides for staff and students and assist with setting up new hardware and software deployments.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich:

Qualifikationen

• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using IT ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk or ServiceNow.
• Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users, students and staff.
• Language: Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Erfahrung

• Hands-on experience with classroom audiovisual technology and interactive learning tools.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for Windows administration, Microsoft 365 management, troubleshooting, and automation of routine IT tasks.

Ausbildung

• Proven experience (2+ years) in a dedicated IT support or helpdesk environment; experience within schools or educational institutions is a distinct advantage.
