Zusammenfassung

Tomorrow University is seeking a senior partnerships sales lead to build new business through education partnerships and communities. The role involves identifying partner ecosystems, opening doors, and running collaboration plays to drive enrollments.

You’ll manage 6-week experiments, measure results, and scale successful channels within a growing team. Remote-first with CET-like hours, cross-border collaboration, and a direct reporting line to the Managing Director.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Experience selling high-value programs to individuals or organizations.
• Leadership or enablement track record in teams or functions.
• Proven ability to open markets, channels or partner segments.
• Strong personal revenue target ownership and closing skills.
• Structured, experiment-driven approach with documented outcomes.
• Native German and fluent English; remote work from the DACH region.

Aufgaben

• Identify and prioritize partner ecosystems in the DACH market and beyond.
• Open doors, warm intros, and negotiate collaboration formats with partners.
• Design and run collaboration plays (webinars, scholarships, guest formats).
• Lead consultative admissions conversations to enrollments.
• Run 6-week experiments and scale successful channels across the team.
