RoomPriceGenie is hiring a Partner Business Development Manager to own regional partner pipeline and revenue targets. You will manage integration partners, resellers, consultants, and referral partners while coordinating global accounts and regional programs.

We seek a data-driven communicator with at least 2 years in SaaS or hospitality tech, fluent German (C2), and strong CRM discipline. This remote-first role offers flexible hours and international collaboration opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in B2B business development, partnerships, or commercial account management.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in German (C2 level).
• Track record of building relationships and generating pipeline in a defined territory.
• HubSpot or CRM discipline is essential.

Aufgaben

• Own the regional partner pipeline and revenue target.
• Build and manage the partner portfolio by type (integration, reseller, consultant, referral).
• Forecast monthly and align with regional targets and TAM.
• Coordinate global accounts and regional activities with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain HubSpot data quality and timely lead registration.
