Zusammenfassung

D-ploy GmbH is seeking an experienced IT/OT support professional to provide onsite assistance for thin clients, IPCs, lab equipment, and OT networks. You will support global IT teams, troubleshoot automation systems, and ensure compliant operations in regulated environments.

Fluency in German and English is essential, with 24/7 on-call rotation and a focus on service quality, incident handling, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years IT/OT support experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with industrial IT systems, SCADA/PLC, and lab software.
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.

Aufgaben

• Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment.
• Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams.
• Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks).
• Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments.
• Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based).
• Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures.
• Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
