fonio is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to own the DACH regional sales cycle from outreach to close. You will target SMBs moving to mid-market, navigate multi-stakeholder procurement, and work with leadership on strategy and product feedback.

Vienna-based, onsite, with equity and other perks. You bring 4+ years of closing B2B software deals in DACH, a real hunter mentality, and a strong network in target organizations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years closing B2B software deals in DACH.
• Strong network within target companies.
• Proven hunter with deal creation.
• Comfort with long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent German (native or C2) and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the mid-market segment in DACH from outreach to close.
• Manage multi-stakeholder cycles including procurement and GDPR reviews.
• Develop and refine playbook for pilots and wins.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategy and product feedback.
