Job summary

BOND is seeking a high-energy sales lead to own the DACH region's revenue from prospecting to close. You will cover Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, becoming the voice of the region's public procurement ecosystem.

You will run German demos, build relationships with industry associations, chambers, and bid consultants, and feed market insights back to product, pricing, and marketing. Hybrid Vienna-based role with uncapped commissions and equity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales.
• Native German and fluent English.
• Understanding of how German-speaking Mittelstand buys software.
• Familiarity with public procurement is a plus, not required.
• Self-sufficient: manage your own pipeline and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own the DACH pipeline end to end: outbound, inbound, demos, negotiation, close.
• Sell to SMEs and mid-market companies in construction, IT, facility services, and other tender-heavy industries.
• Run demos in German that show a prospect the tenders BOND found for them.
• Build relationships with industry associations, chambers, and bid consultants in the region.
• Feed regional market insight back into product, pricing, and marketing.
