Job summary

fiskaly GmbH in Vienna is seeking a Junior Account Executive to drive growth in the DACH market. You will own a defined set of target accounts from first contact to signed contract, using AI and modern sales tools to research, outreach, and reduce admin tasks.

The role is full-time, hybrid with flexible hours, offering opportunities to learn, grow and close deals end-to-end in a dynamic B2B environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience closing deals is a plus.
• Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Run AI-powered outbound campaigns targeting POS vendors and retail tech firms.
• Own your leads and deals from first contact to signing.
• Learn the DACH retail tech landscape and share insights with Product/Marketing.
• Test new messages and tools; document what works in the sales playbook.
• Conduct discovery and demos; explain technical products to business leaders; use AI meeting assistants.
