You should be a genuine hunter with a proven ability to create deals, navigate multi-stakeholder cycles, and thrive in a fast-growing, hands-on environment. German (native or C2) and fluent English are required.

• Own the mid-market segment in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with end-to-end sales cycles.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, and GDPR teams during longer cycles.
• Develop and iterate the sales playbook to accelerate pilots and closes.
• Leverage fonio's brand and references to advance deals in the DACH region.
• Collaborate with leadership to feedback product needs from the DACH market.
