Job summary

Sungrow Österreich is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture partnerships and drive adoption of clean-energy solutions across Austria. You will act as the main contact for Austrian customers, promoting value, and identifying growth opportunities in a fast-paced greentech environment.

You will travel within Austria to visit customers and partners, working in a hybrid setup with home-office flexibility while staying closely connected to the market.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Around 2 years in renewable energy, ideally Austrian market.
• Strong communication and commercial mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Austria and occasionally across the DACH region.
• German and English at C1 level.

• Accelerate adoption of clean-energy solutions and maximize customer value.
• Serve as the go-to person for Austrian customers with a proactive attitude.
