The position offers a hybrid work model in Vienna, with an emphasis on international leadership and a market-focused approach to campaigns, content, and lead generation. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Strong project management and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute the global marketing strategy and tactical plans.
• Drive a business-driven product marketing approach in collaboration with Sales, Innovation, and Category teams.
• Develop and implement global marketing campaigns and content strategies to enhance customer experience and launches.
• Establish and manage lead generation and qualification processes to support growth.
• Act as global functional lead for marketing, aligning local teams, governance, and KPIs.
