AGRANA seeks a Pricing Excellence Manager (m/f/d) to join our Commercial Excellence team at the Vienna site, on a full-time basis. You will shape pricing strategies and support divisions with structured, market- and value-based pricing approaches.

Fluency in German and English is required. The role emphasizes data-driven pricing, margin improvements, and collaboration with sales and senior leadership to unlock profitability.

Qualifications

• Completed higher education in business or related field.
• At least 3 years in pricing, commercial excellence or similar analytical role.
• Strong track record in pricing, margin improvement, or revenue optimization.
• Advanced Excel with data modeling or BI tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive pricing and margin improvement initiatives across the group.
• Analyze price, margin and customer performance across markets.
• Translate insights into impact with pricing improvements.
• Act as data-driven sparring partner for sales and leadership.
• Develop differentiated segment-based and value-oriented pricing.
