AGRANA Fruit in Vienna is seeking a Global Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to lead the global marketing strategy, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Innovation and Category teams.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Marketing or related field with 5+ years of B2B food marketing, fluent English and German, and strong leadership and project management skills. The role is based in Vienna with a flexible hybrid work option and a competitive salary starting at EUR 70,000 gross.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the B2B food industry.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Strong project management and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the global marketing strategy and tactical plans, including budget and resource management.
• Drive a business-driven product marketing approach in close collaboration with Sales, Innovation, and Category teams.
• Develop and implement global marketing campaigns and content strategies to enhance customer experience and proactive launches.
• Establish and manage lead generation and qualification processes to support new business growth.
• Act as global functional lead for marketing, aligning local teams, governance, and KPIs.
