Job summary

AVILOO GmbH is seeking two Customer Success Managers to join our team in Wiener Neudorf or Vienna. You will own a portfolio of B2B customers, onboarding them, building relationships, and driving long-term partnerships across multiple sites.

You will train customers, promote product adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Marketing. Fluency in English is essential; German or other EU languages are a plus. Expect a dynamic, international environment with room to shape CS processes.

Qualifications

First or several years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B customer care.
A strong customer focus and long-term relationship mindset.
Analytical mindset with data-driven actions.
Confident use of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German/other EU languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of B2B customers from onboarding to long-term partnership.
Build account plans for selected customers and conduct business reviews.
Onboard new customers and train their teams.
Drive usage and retention across sites and pilot rollouts.
Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product & Tech for fixes.
Contribute to CS playbooks and internal tools with the AI team.
Document activities in Salesforce and coordinate with Sales, Support, and Marketing.
Engage with customers remotely and on-site for rollouts and international projects.
