Seekda in Vienna is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of existing hotel clients, renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including our AI products.

You will run regular account reviews, monitor usage and health, negotiate renewals, and collaborate with Support, Onboarding and Product to shape the roadmap. Fluency in German and English and SaaS experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, customer success or B2B sales, ideally in software (SaaS).
• Track record of retaining and growing customers, including turning around at-risk accounts.
• Commercial sense: spot upsell or renewal risk and negotiate.

Responsabilités

• Be the main commercial contact for a portfolio of hotel accounts.
• Run regular account reviews (QBRs) focused on direct bookings, revenue, and cost savings.
• Monitor account health (usage, bookings, tickets, sentiment) and act early if risk is detected.
• Own renewals and negotiate pricing within guidelines; identify and close upsell opportunities across products.
