LiveVoice, an Austrian scale-up, seeks a full-time Customer Success Manager for the DACH region to help customers leverage LiveVoice for live translation and events. You will support clients, run demos, and present tailored offers from our Vienna-based or Austrian team.

Fluency in German and English is essential, with a hands-on approach and strong communication. The role emphasizes ownership, customer-centric problem solving, and representing the company at industry events and tradeshows.

Qualifikationen

• German as mother tongue and excellent English required.
• Hands-on mentality with ownership.
• Technical affinity and ability to explain technical topics simply.
• Experience with audio/video tech in events or live production is a plus.
