Fonio is seeking a proactive Account Manager to own a portfolio of existing customers in Vienna, Austria. You will expand use cases, drive renewals, and upsell, while maintaining strong customer relationships across the lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure accurate forecasts, reliable pipelines, and successful onboarding. You bring at least 1 year in B2B SaaS sales or customer success, strong AI product knowledge, and a native-level Italian

• Experience in upselling, renewals, or expansion revenue across existing customers.
