Eaton Industries (Austria) GmbH – Austria is seeking a Customer Success Manager to champion the voice of the customer in Vienna, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service and continued growth across Eaton’s product portfolio.

You will manage escalations, drive adoption of digital solutions, monitor customer health metrics, and contribute to ongoing process improvements in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Several years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, Operations, or a similar customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage overall customer support relationships and be an escalation point.
• Lead resolution of customer escalations and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve service, delivery, or product issues.
• Ensure customers realize maximum value from Eaton solutions and monitor health metrics to address risks.
• Support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects and ensure KPI alignment with processes.
• Be part of the country’s core team to attain revenue & growth and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
