Eaton Austria is seeking a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to drive an outstanding customer experience across our product portfolio and services. You will advocate for customers, manage relationships, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and enable growth.

Based in Vienna, you will monitor customer health metrics, lead Voice of the Customer initiatives, and ensure delivery excellence while promoting digital solutions and high‑value outcomes for Eaton customers and partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Several years in Customer Success or related roles.
• Experience in industrial, electrical, manufacturing, or B2B is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer relationships and act as escalation point.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve service, delivery, or product issues.
• Drive customer retention and adoption of Eaton solutions.
• Monitor customer health metrics and address risks.
• Lead VOC initiatives and process improvements.
