Zusammenfassung

Prewave is seeking a Product Manager to own complex onboarding workflows and activation for B2B customers. The role focuses on aligning Customer Success, Data, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end onboarding, leveraging AI as a default tool, and operating within the Shape Up framework.

Based in Vienna with in-office presence required two days per week. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage dependencies, and continuously refine processes to scale the onboarding experience while

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with internal tooling or process-driven products
• Strong ability to align cross-functional teams across CS, Data, and Engineering
• Ownership mentality with end-to-end responsibility and influence without formal authority
• Solid understanding of managing dependencies in multi-team environments
• Openness to using AI tools to support analytical workflows and processes

Aufgaben

• Take end-to-end ownership of onboarding for new customers
• Bridge Customer Success, Sales, Data Management and Engineering priorities
• Manage dependencies across engineering domains to unblock onboarding
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and onboarding impact on product ecosystem
• Shaping onboarding work within the Shape Up cycles (6 weeks build, 2 weeks planning)
• Collaborate with design and stakeholders to refine onboarding workflows as the company scales
