Frontify is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own partner delivery and internal operations, translating priorities into shipped work that moves Frontify forward. The role blends external integrations with internal AI-first workflows and requires coordinating contracts, onboarding, QA, and launches.

You will work across product, design and marketing, manage timelines, and ensure commitments are met while building scalable processes. A hybrid model is supported, with 1 day per week in our St.

Qualifikationen

• Strong track record delivering partner integrations and internal AI projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-team stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of API concepts and LLM tooling.
• Hands-on experience building automations with low-code tools.
• Independent, organized, and able to drive ambiguous projects.
• Ability to manage scope, push back on creep, and escalate when needed.

Aufgaben

• Own the operational lifecycle of partner integrations, including contracts, statements of work (SOWs), service-level agreements (SLAs), payments, renewals, and delivery coordination.
• Provision and manage partner environments and tooling access.
• Run development cadences, including weekly check-ins, milestone tracking, and blocker resolution.
• Coordinate QA processes and manage formal acceptance against agreed SOW deliverables.
• Partner with PMM to support launches through documentation, enablement materials, and launch readiness activities.
• Bridge partner launches into go-to-market activities and ensure smooth delivery through launch and beyond.
• Identify operational and technical gaps in our ways of working and proactively solve them before they become larger challenges.
• Improve how systems, tools, and teams work together to increase efficiency and execution quality across the organization.
