Prewave is seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of a complex onboarding workflow and drive activation for B2B customers. The role emphasizes AI-enabled processes, collaboration across Customer Success, Data, and Engineering, and a Shape Up cadence. Vienna-based with in-office presence twice weekly.

The candidate should bring senior PM experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a bias for building scalable onboarding experiences within an AI-native resilience product.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in internal tooling/ops.
• Strong stakeholder management to align Customer Success, Data, and Engineering.
• Ownership mentality to drive end-to-end outcomes without direct authority.
• Solid understanding of dependency management in complex multi-team processes.
• Willingness to use AI tools to support analytical workflows.

Aufgaben

• Take end-to-end ownership of onboarding from signup to full adoption.
• Bridge between CS Ops, Sales, Data Management and Engineering to align priorities.
• Manage dependencies across engineering domains to keep onboarding on track.
• Understand customer needs and how onboarding connects to Prewave's product ecosystem.
• Prioritize internal process improvements and remove onboarding friction with engineering.
