Prewave, based in Vienna, seeks a Technical Operations Specialist to own the data-focused, technical side of getting our platform to work for enterprise customers from day one. You will translate customer requirements into technical reality, set up environments, and tailor the platform as needs evolve.

Join a fast-moving scaleup and collaborate with Customer Success to resolve data challenges, build automations, and maintain high data quality across large datasets.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years in a data-focused role.
• Strong Excel skills and tech-savviness.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Translate technical details into simple language for non-technical colleagues.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work with enterprise-scale data.
• Familiar with fast-paced scaleups.
• Fluent in English; valid work permit for Austria.

Aufgaben

• Translate customer requirements into technical reality – set up new environments and tailor the platform.
• Handle bulk data updates and large-scale imports with high data quality.
• Build and maintain custom reporting for enterprise customers and internal teams.
• Join customer calls to explain technical topics in clear language.
• Partner with Customer Success to troubleshoot roadblocks and help build automations.
