• Drive strong, long-term relationships with enterprise customers as a trusted partner.
• Guide customers through proactive check-ins to reach goals with Prewave.
• Run customer activities like market trend updates and workshops for ongoing value.
• Build training and best-practice support for day-to-day use.
• Present Prewave's value and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvements.
• Keep multiple projects on track and maintain clean data across tools.
