Prewave GmbH is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to own the data-focused, technical side of delivering our platform to enterprise customers from day one. You’ll work on SQL-backed data management, ensure data quality, and translate complex topics for non-technical colleagues.

Join a fast-paced scaleup with hybrid work in Austria, collaborating with support, implementation, and Customer Success teams to optimize clients’ environments and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in a Technical Operations, Technical Support, or database-focused role.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and direct experience querying and modifying backend databases.
• Strong tech-savviness and Excel skills for enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate technical details into simple language for non-technical colleagues.
• Reliability and meticulousness with enterprise-scale data.
• Familiarity with or willingness to work in a fast-paced scaleup environment.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Valid work permit for Austria.

Aufgaben

• Translate customer requirements into technical reality - set up new environments and tailor the platform.
• Handle bulk data updates and large-scale imports with data quality in focus.
• Act as the technical escalation point for support and implementation teams.
• Join customer calls to explain technical topics clearly and drive platform value.
• Partner with Customer Success to troubleshoot and build automations.
