Prewave, an AI-native provider of real-time supply chain risk visibility, is seeking a Customer Success Consultant (f/m/d) in Austria to own long-term enterprise relationships from day one. You will drive adoption, run training and workshops, and ensure customers extract ongoing value from our platform.

We require 3–6 years in a customer-facing role, and fluency in German and English. A valid work permit for Austria is needed.

We're looking for aCustomer Success Consultant (f/m/d) whotakes ownership of building strong,long-term enterprise customerrelationships from day one. Someone whouses AI as a default part of how theywork - and knows when to trust theirown judgment.

What you'll own

• Drive strong, long-term relationships with our enterprise customers so that they see Prewave as a trusted, strategic partner
• Guide customers through proactive check-ins so that they consistently reach their goals with Prewave
• Run engaging customer activities - market trend updates, workshops, roundtables - so that customers get ongoing value beyond the platform itself
• Build training and best-practice support so that users get the most out of Prewave day to day
• Present Prewave's value clearly so that you spot and act on opportunities to grow accounts
• Champion the customer voice by gathering and sharing feedback so that our product team can act on real customer insight
• Keep multiple customer projects on track so that timelines stay clear and customer data stays clean and organized across tools

What we are looking for

You are the right fit if you:

• Have 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting or customer success
• Have previously led complex projects for enterprise customers
• Bring excellent organizational and project management skills, managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable working across various technologies and online platforms
• Are familiar with, or open to, working in a high-paced start-up environment
• Hold a valid work permit for Austria
• Are fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a technical industry or environment
• Previous experience or exposure to a supply chain environment
• Previous experience in the procurement industry or environment
