Qualifikationen
- 5–10 years of full-cycle complex software sales experience.
- Track record of overachievement in quota-carrying software sales.
- Ability to lead strategic conversations with CIOs/CDOs/CFOs on AI readiness and data integration.
- Familiarity with integration, API or data management spaces (MuleSoft, Informatica, SAP).
- New business mentality — capable of building greenfield territory from scratch.
- Highly collaborative with a company-first mindset.
- Fluent in German and English; Austrian market knowledge is a plus.
