Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to lead tagging, data layer development, and conversion tracking across multiple education and nonprofit clients.

You will implement GTM-based tracking, troubleshoot issues across paid media platforms, and ensure data accuracy from first click to CRM entry. The role reports to the Data & Analytics Manager and supports privacy-compliant measurement at scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with web analytics tagging and data layers.
• Experience planning, deploying, and debugging conversion tracking across major ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management, deployment, and data layers across multi-client environments.
• Configure events for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn and others.
• QA, debugging, and data integrity checks across GA4 and ad platforms.
• Ensure GDPR/CCPA and consent mode compliance across sites.
• Document tagging plans and provide cross-team enablement.
