Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture across multiple education and nonprofit clients. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, manage data layers, and ensure accurate data from first click to CRM entry.

You will configure GA4 events, Pixel/CAPI integrations across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and perform regular QA to maintain data integrity while upholding GDPR/CCPA compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in a marketing/agency setting.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, triggers, variables, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms with pixel/CAPI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management and deployment across multi-client environments in GTM; manage data layers and data quality.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integrations (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat) including CAPI and browser pixels.
• Configure GA4 events from click to CRM entry; ensure tracking is accurate and verifiable before campaigns go live.
• Audit, debug, and resolve data discrepancies across ad platforms, GA4, and CRM; perform routine tag health checks.
• Manage cookie consent banners and privacy settings in line with GDPR, CCPA, and other regs.
