Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is hiring a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) to own how work moves through the product from field to office. You’ll map, rewrite, and optimize multi-step workflows for field operations in a remote LATAM setting.

The role focuses on process and flow rather than visuals, with collaboration to ensure builds align with requirements. You’ll work with a two-person design team, prototype flows in Figma, and provide annotated specs that engineers can build from, ensuring reliable offline

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows for B2B, SaaS or field tools.
• Portfolio showing the entire path from problem to mapping to logic to final.
• Designs for states, branches, permissions, errors, and empty cases, not just happy paths.
• Clear flow documentation and specs engineering can build from.

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end, from field capture to sync to review to report.
• Redesign workflows with fewer steps after talking to people who live in the process.
• Write the logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow for engineering to implement.
• Design offline and retry states to handle signal loss and syncing.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability runs.
• Annotate specs and states for engineering to build from with minimal back-and-forth.
• Review builds, log precise issues, and verify fixes before sign-off.
