Job summary

Avenga seeks a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for Field Operations SaaS. This fully remote role across LATAM offers ~40 hours/week with overlap to US Pacific business hours.

You will own how work moves through the product, from field capture to report, focusing on process and flow rather than visuals. You’ll map workflows, redesign with fewer steps, define logic and edge cases for engineering, and collaborate with a visual designer to cover the UI while you own the flow.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows for B2B SaaS or field tools.
• Portfolio showing the whole path from problem to mapping to logic to final.
• Ability to design for states, branches, permissions, errors and edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end, from field capture to sync to review to report.
• Talk to workflow users and redesign with fewer steps.
• Write the logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow so engineering builds it right the first time.
• Design offline and retry states so users know what’s happening when signal drops.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with usability runs.
• Annotate specs (states, rules, microcopy) for engineers to build from.
• Review builds, log issues, and confirm fixes before sign-off.
