Job summary

Fullstack is seeking an UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for Field Operations SaaS. This fully remote LATAM role focuses on end-to-end workflow design between in-field capture, sync, and review, replacing friction with clear, actionable processes.

You will map and optimize complex multi-step flows, document logic for engineering, and collaborate with a two-person design team. A strong portfolio and accessibility awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows for B2B/SaaS/field tools.
• Portfolio showing the full path from problem to mapping to logic to final flow.
• Systems thinking: design for states, branches, permissions, errors, and edge cases.
• Write clear flow documentation and specs engineers can build from.
• Strong Figma skills for mapping, prototyping, and handoff.
• AI fluency: use tools to explore options without lowering quality.
• Working knowledge of accessibility considerations (contrast, tap targets, text size, focus order).

Responsibilities

• Map workflows end to end from field capture to sync to review to report.
• Interview users to understand workflows and redesign with fewer steps.
• Define logic, branches, and edge cases so engineering can implement correctly.
• Design offline and retry states to keep users informed when signal is lost.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability runs.
• Annotate specs (states, rules, microcopy) for engineering handoff.
• Review builds, log issues precisely, and verify fixes before sign-off.
